Fairchance Construction completed the construction of a new fuel service center, convenience store and Arby’s in Uniontown, PA. This project consists of a Butler, pre-engineered building, structural insulated panel exterior wall system, brick and metal panel veneer and all concrete parking/service areas. Although the project did not seek LEED certification, many green building practices were used in construction. The SIPS wall panel system and heavily insulated roof, significantly reduced the mechanical and electrical systems.
