Fairchance Construction has completed several projects for Dynamic Materials over the years. Projects complete are as follows:

  • 2004 – Office and Manufacturing Facility – 7,000 SF office attached to 48,400 SF manufacturing facility on deep, caisson foundations for specialty metal cladding. Four 25-ton bridge cranes, two gantry cranes, plate polishers, roller levelers, various deep pits and equipment foundations. Heavy concrete slabs with specialty finishes. High voltage/amperage electrical for the manufacturing equipment, including bus bar for ease in changing logistics.
  • 2007 – Manufacturing Facility Expansion – 42,350 SF manufacturing expansion. Four 25-ton bridge cranes, two gantry cranes, plate polishers, roller levelers, various deep pits and equipment foundations. Heavy concrete slabs with specialty finishes. High voltage/amperage electrical for the manufacturing equipment, including bus bar for ease in changing logistics.
  • 2010 – Mine Research and Development blast pad
  • 2013 – Mine Research and Development Building Renovations – 5,000 SF sidewall addition to the 2007 building for parts staging for the manufacturing processes
