I worked directly with Mr. Brian Gaudiano, Vice President of Fairchance Construction, from the beginning of the project. I can honestly say that his expertise and caring involvement resulted in a finished product that was on time and on budget. All the work was done in a professional and timely manner and any issues were immediately resolved. His excellent relationships with his sub-contractors assured that the building was built to all the standards specified. No short cuts, sub-par material or workmanship was tolerated by Mr. Gaudiano and his management crew.
Fairchance Construction completed new construction of a 33,000 SF, Chevrolet and Buick dealership in Mt. Pleasant, PA. The building consists of load bearing masonry and structural steel shell, painted split face block and ACM panel exterior finishes and high end interior finishes to meet General Motors strict design standards. In addition to all general construction, Fairchance Construction also built and installed all of the custom casework on this project.
