Fairchance Construction Company is a Pennsylvania Corporation located in the southwestern corner of the state approximately sixty miles south of Pittsburgh in the borough of Fairchance.  The company is presently engaged in general construction contracting, design/build contracting and construction management.  Fairchance Construction has been a licensed dealer and builder for Butler Manufacturing pre-engineered building systems since 1966.

The company has established a reputation for performance and quality construction on competitive bid projects as well as negotiated cost-plus, fixed price and construction management contracts.  Fairchance Construction is a family owned and operated business proudly in its fourth generation.
